National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) Bill 2021 has been passed by the National Assembly
Today 8th November 2021, the Honourable Minister of Health, Dr. Ahmadou Lamin Samateh tabled the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) Bill 2021 before the National Assembly. Following questions, discussion and scrutiny of the Bill after the presentation by the Honourable Minister, the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) Bill 2021 has been passed by the National Assembly. The National Health Insurance Scheme if available will reduce out-of-pocket expenditure on health on families and communities.
